Elie Mystal is the Justice Correspondent for The Nation, where he writes about courts, criminal justice, and politics. Trained as a lawyer, he is also the author of Allow Me To Retort: A Black Guy's Guide to the Constitution. He will be in conversation with Keith Gessen of the J-School's Delacorte Center for Magazine Journalism.
