Division Meetings

Division meetings are led by Dr. Erik Nelson, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, and are held monthly. They are an important opportunity to learn about recent organizational changes, team and project updates, and new initiatives. All staff are expected to attend in person or virtually.

Objectives & Key Results

The Academic Affairs Division has adopted the use of the "Objectives and Key Results" goal-setting methodology on an ongoing, annual basis to enhance the alignment of work performed by SPS administrative staff with organizational priorities.

Additional OKR training is available for all SPS staff. OKR Foundations: Driving Excellence at SPS, is a training site centered on setting and achieving impactful Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

You’ll learn how to craft clear objectives, define measurable key results, align your work with SPS’s strategic priorities, and track progress effectively. Whether you're new to OKRs or looking to deepen your expertise, you'll find valuable resources to support your growth, boost personal and team performance, and drive meaningful results at SPS.
