The SPS Part-Time Faculty Search & Hiring Policy establishes schoolwide standards for recruiting, evaluating, and appointing part-time faculty, including required search practices, assessment criteria, and use of the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support consistent, merit-based hiring.

Faculty Recruitment & Planning maintains standardized job description templates for part-time faculty roles, supporting consistent recruitment practices and alignment with SPS and University requirements. These templates are in active use and are being further refined as part of ongoing policy and process enhancements.
