Join us for an exclusive screening of the We Were Never Lost docuseries (Episode 2) with Rudy Rochman about one of the Israelite tribes in Africa who have held on to their identities since their forced diaspora after the colonization of the Kingdom of Israel by the Assyrian empire. They are a piece of what is known in Judaism as the "lost tribes of Israel." While they have been lost to our consciousness in reality they never disapeared and Jewish traditions prophesize that all 12 tribes of Israel will one day be reunited. Today, after thousands of years, we have the priviledge of living in a time where we can reconnect with the greater family of Israel and undo the injustices that were forced upon us through colonization and the forced displacement of Israelites from our homeland.
