Wave Field Synthesis, Sound Holograms (Music Tech Workshops Series)

 A lecture on the spatial audio technique of wave field synthesis, the use of multispeaker arrays to create sound sources in free space. The lecture will discuss its capabilities, theory and applications, as well as the presenter's personal research and projects using this technique.

The event will be held in the Seminar Room of the Music & Arts Library, 701 Dodge. Ask at the desk for directions to the Seminar Room.
