Who Should Join?
This workshop is open to individuals from the undergraduate level to early stage investigators and provides valuable strategies for the semester for setting personal and professional goals, developing a strategic plan, and building a supportive community for accountability.
What We Cover?
- Identifying personal and professional goals for the term
- Discussing the steps to create a strategic plan based on goal-setting
- Establishing the types of community, support, and accountability faculty need
- Offering participants the opportunity to take time out of their schedule to complete a strategic plan for the term
All workshops are facilitated by tenured faculty who are NCFDD-trained and certified.
