Dear Colleagues:

Many of you have expressed interest in learning more about user research methods and having the chance to practice them in class. The Columbia Sites team will be offering How to Conduct User Research on Wednesday, May 12 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am and will allow us to open registration to UX Community of Practice members. 

During this 90-minute session, you will learn:

  • UX basics
  • Why user research is important
  • Practical techniques for soliciting feedback from users and stakeholders
  • How to create a research-driven strategy
  • How to develop project goals and tasks rooted in data
