The Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging at CUIMC is proud to announce the launch of the Southwest Asian and North African (SWANA) ERG. This ERG will be led by Rudina Odeh-Ramadan, Vice Dean for Finance and Administration at VP&S and Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgical Research (in surgery). Sami Jarrah, Vice Dean for Finance and Administration at the Mailman School of Public Health; Executive Director for Public Partnerships at MSPH, will serve as the executive sponsor for the group.
This meeting will take place on Wednesday, August 14th from 11:00am to 12:00pm. This meeting is followed by the CopeColumbia Healing session that was hosted in April. We encourage you to join us and ask that you please share them with your network. It is an excellent opportunity to connect with colleagues around the campus and participate in this ERG's inception. All Columbia employees are welcome to register and join.
