This is a monthly workshop for caregivers and patients across the Department of Neurology to understand how to access important “concrete” services that you or your loved ones may need throughout their treatment journey. We will discuss important topics such as transportation, disability, enrolling in Medicaid, advance care planning, as well as managing the emotional burden of caregiving. 

Facilitated by a licensed social worker who specializes in neurology.This meeting occurs via Zoom on the second Wednesday of each month, from 1-2pm. Registration is not required.
