In this *online* workshop conducted by subject specialists from Columbia University Libraries you will learn how to conduct in-depth research on Africa and the African Diaspora [people of African descent in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean, Latin America, Europe, and Asia] using a vast array of resources available to Columbia students and faculty. The workshop will cover navigating CLIO, background sources, index databases, licensed digital collections, and open access resources. You will learn how to find archival sources at Columbia, elsewhere in the United States, and beyond. The workshop will focus on both online and print resources.
