Title: Data Driven Neuroimaging Biomarker Discovery Using Clinical Neuroimaging
Speaker: Frank Provenzano, PhD
Assistant Professor of Neurological Sciences
Department of Neurology/Taub Institute
Columbia University
Neurological research has long benefitted from the acquisition of high-quality research neuroimaging, often freely available, using fixed protocols and harmonized parameters to reduce variance in their studies. Simultaneously and separately, clinical neuroimaging is frequently acquired, often for the same diseases, but are often too heterogenous for analysis. Here we explore how new approaches can help bridge these silos for research planning and study design.
