It provides access to state-of-the-art confocal microscopes, specialized imaging equipment and expert assistance in image analysis and presentation. CSMSR is dedicated to facilitating high-resolution imaging studies, enabling researchers to visualize cellular and molecular processes critical to understanding cancer biology.

Description: Remi Creusot, PhD, Faculty Director of the Flow Cytometry Shared Resource (FCSR) will provide an overview of FCSR. FCSR, in partnership with the Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Columbia Center for Translational Immunology, offers researchers training and access to advanced flow cytometry technologies. It provides support for experimental design, data analysis, and various applications, such as cell characterization based on surface proteins, cytokines, transcription factors, and signaling molecules. It also provides cell sorting services for a wide range of downstream applications.
