Probing the genetic basis of the response to exposure using single-cell genomics

The response of cells to therapy depends on the nature of the exposure and the host's genetic background. Identifying the molecular signatures that define these interactions necessitates methods to probe the large combinatorial space between genes and exposures, ideally at a resolution that accounts for heterogeneity in response. This talk will present our efforts to use single-cell genomics to generate functional atlases of the genetic dependence of the response of cells to exposure.
