Developing redox based therapeutics for pancreatic cancer    

The Chio lab uses organoid models, chemical proteomics, and biochemical tools to elucidate fundamental aspects of redox metabolism in pancreatic cancer. We anticipate our work will establish mechanistic understanding and therapeutic inroads for sulfur-based redox signaling in pancreatic cancer.
