The Parents & Caregivers ERG invites you to join them for a special forum and guided discussion entitled: Finding Space for Me: Self-Care for Caregivers.

CopeColumbia's Dr. Erin Engle, PsyD and Dr. Elizabeth M. Fitelson, MD will lead a session focused on why caregiver self-care matters, particularly in the context of balancing caregiving responsibilities with work. The goal is to provide caregivers with practical, affirming guidance while also reinforcing that caregiver well-being is essential—not optional—for both personal and professional sustainability. 

This event is open to all CUID holders.  Advanced registration is required.
