Dr. Kwan's research, which is funded by the NIH, PCORI, and other federal funders, addresses stakeholder engagement and methods for designing for dissemination and pragmatic trials, the integration of physical and behavioral health, chronic disease self management, improving processes and systems of care to achieve the Quadruple Aim, and enhancing quality of life for patients and care partners.
