CUIMC Human Resources Department and Employee Resource Groups are hosting a training session on, Resilience: The Gift of Adversity.

Join us on Wednesday, January 26th at 1:00pm to learn about resiliency, discuss what makes people resilient, and talk about what we can do to increase our own resilience.  

Advanced registration is required for this event.  

All Columbia University Staff and Faculty are welcome to attend.
