CUIMC Human Resources Department and Employee Resource Groups are hosting a Racial Trauma, Resilience and COVID-19 training.

Join us on Tuesday, February 15th at 12:00pm as we define Racial Trauma and identify ways that persons of color may be exposed to racially traumatic incidents throughout their lifespan. Join us to understand how racial trauma can be triggered by micro-aggressions, and how to cope with and practice resilience to counter racial trauma in the context of COVID-19.

Advanced registration is required for this event.  

All Columbia University Staff and Faculty are welcome to attend.
