Crashonda is a global philanthropy leader and the Senior Vice President of Global Philanthropy at United Way Worldwide (UWW), where she leads private development efforts to mobilize the caring power of communities around the world to advance the common good. She oversees global fundraising strategy across individual giving, major and transformational gifts, planned giving, foundations, and international philanthropy, with a specialization in diaspora philanthropy.
