CUIMC’s Working Parents ERG invites you to virtually join us on Thursday, June 15th from 11:00-12:00pm for a Columbia University Benfits and Office of Work/Life Lunch & Learn entitled - From Child care to Elder care: The Sandwich Generation.
Learn about Columbia University benefits and resources available to faculty and staff in the Sandwich Generation, those who may be caring for children and parents or grandparents simultaneously. During this webinar we will discuss:
- Family planning support services (ie: fertility support, adoption assistance, surrogacy benefits, LGBTQ+ resources)
- Parenting and childcare services (ie: return to work, childcare assistance, tutoring programs, college coach)
- Eldercare services (ie: counseling/mental health resource adult/elder care resources)
- Mental & emotional well-being services (ie: mindfulness programs, importance of self-care)
