CUIMC's LGBTQ+ ERG invites you to join us on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 from 11:00am to 12:30pm for a virtual workshop entitled: LGBTQ+ Health. This workshop, facilitated by Callen-Lorde explores health disparities that are seen in the LGBTQ community as well as the reasons behind these disparities. This workshop will also provide an overview of LGBTQ+ cultural competency, provide strategies for establishing an inclusive and affirming environment and discuss best practices for providing sensitive, informed, and affirming care to LGBTQ-identified patients.
