Time & Labor and Absence Management (TLAM) System
The School of Professional Studies has implemented the University’s new online Time & Labor and Absence Management (TLAM) system—a digital timekeeping and absence reporting tool. This system is used by all administrative staff including officers, union members, variable hours & part-time officers, as well as student and non-student casuals.
You can access the system by logging into TLAM via the My Columbia portal to submit your absence requests – vacation, personal days, sick time, NYC sick time, etc. All requests will be routed to your manager for approval.
Logging into PAC
- Log into the MyColumbia portal with your UNI and password
- Scroll down to bottom left side of the Faculty & Staff tab to the PAC TIME and ABSENCE
- All Officers: Click the Absence Requests link in the PAC Time and Absence section on the page to submit requests
- All Managers: Click the Time and Absence Workcenter link to access and approve timesheets (for hourly reporters and absence requests for officers)
What will I see when I log in?
In the system you can find your current absence balances. This includes any time you earned in the prior month, as well as all absences that had been taken and reported in the past.
Where do I go if I have questions?
Training documents and video demonstrations are available at any time on the CU Human Resources Time and Attendance website.
In addition, the HR Service Center is available to answer your questions. Please contact them at 212-851-2888 or online at https://columbia.service-now.com/navpage.do. Alternatively, please email [email protected] for support.
Best,
SPS HR Team
