SPS Branding Guide & Resources

As faculty and staff of SPS, what we create and distribute becomes a representation of the school and the university. Appropriately applying our school branding gives weight to your communications and collateral, and for the audience it reinforces the experience of being a part of Columbia University.

The video below covers the key elements of the SPS brand identity (logos, colors, typefaces), how to use them (basic typographic and layout practices), and the tools and resources available to staff and faculty.

These topics are covered through a basic presentation, along with demos of tools, and a final Q&A session.

After completing the training video, you will be able to:

  1. Access and apply approved logos, standard typefaces, and the color palette.
  2. Use the Google Slides Template for creating SPS-branded presentations.
  3. Find resources and request SPS Creative Services support, when most appropriate.
