Book Space at the CDL

These spaces are intended to support SPS staff, meaning they can be used for small meetings based on safe occupancy. Please help to ensure that your fellow community members have equal access by demonstrating responsibility for the care and cleanliness of the space while in use. Please be mindful that these are shared spaces and ensure volume is kept to an appropriate level in compliance with social distancing guidelines. Rooms will be unavailable during outside of Career Design Lab operational hours and University Holidays. Hours of operation are 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday.

Masks must be worn at all times while in shared spaces. These spaces are not to be used for dining. Additionally, please review and follow COVID-19 requirements outlined in the Columbia Community Compact at all times.

To support community needs and safety, we ask that you:

• Avoid scheduling recurring weekly meetings, and consecutive time blocks in excess of 2 hours.
• No-shows will be flagged and tracked, frequent no-shows might jeopardize the privilege of booking space in the future
• Furniture MAY NOT be moved, they are spaced based on Social distancing
