Vision

Our vision is to provide everybody at SPS with the systems and data they need, and equip them with the skills and confidence to use technology to continually improve every facet of their work. We strive to achieve this through the delivery of robust, easy to use, well-designed solutions.

About the Team

The Analytics & Information Systems team provides services and support to SPS staff for data reporting, analytics, and any needs involving new or existing software/applications. The intake process for any requests is managed by submitting a web form or sending an email to the team.

Analytics Services (Start an Analytics Request):

  • Data reporting and support services for SPS teams.
  • Develop and schedule Crystal Reports from single or multiple systems that support operations.
  • Develop and publish web based reports and analysis.
  • Train and assist end users to use new reports and dashboards and advise on data governance.

Systems Services (submit a systems request via Zendesk at (Start a Systems Request)

  • Requests for new tools/applications.
  • Execute a fit/gap analysis for existing software landscape.
  • Provision licenses to common or existing tools/applications at SPS/CU.
  • Discuss/brainstorm opportunities to automate processes, integrate existing systems, or source new products.
